No Partial Refunds for Active Billing Periods
Once a billing cycle has begun, payments for that period are non-refundable.This includes:
1. Monthly or yearly subscription fees
2. Add-on purchases tied to the active billing cycle
Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds provided.
Exceptions for System Malfunction
Refunds may be issued only in cases of verified platform malfunction that prevents you from using the service as intended.
1. The malfunction must be caused by our system, not by user devices or networks
2. The issue must be confirmed by our support team
3. Refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
If approved, a full or partial refund may be granted depending on the severity and duration of the outage.
Data Security and Retention
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill diagnostic, security, or reporting purposes and is securely deleted afterward.
