Cheki provides automated diagnostics, recommendations, and operational assistance powered by AI.While Cheki aims to improve workflow efficiency and identify potential issues, it is not a substitute for human judgment or professional expertise.

No Guarantees or Warranties

Cheki does not guarantee:

1. Business performance improvements
2. Revenue or financial outcomes
3. Legal, regulatory, or compliance results

All insights, suggestions, and automation tasks are provided “as is” and should be applied at the operator’s discretion.

Auto-Fix and Safety Limits

Cheki’s Auto-Fix features operate only within strictly defined safe limits.These limits are designed to prevent harmful or irreversible actions. However:

1. Auto-Fix cannot cover every scenario
2. Manual review may still be required
3. The operator remains responsible for verifying outcomes

Operator Responsibility

All store settings, configurations, and changes made using Cheki—whether manual or automated—are ultimately the responsibility of the operator.
Cheki provides tools and suggestions, but the operator must:

1. Review actions before applying
2. Ensure compliance with their platform’s policies
3. Monitor ongoing system behavior

Billing, Subscription, and Cancellation

Cheki operates on an automatic subscription renewal model.

1. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle
2. You may cancel at any time
3. Cancellation will take effect in the next cycle, and no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period
